Brasserie
Fischer (Fischer Brewery) was founded in Strasbourg in 1821 and was named after
its founder, Jean Fischer. Fischer's great evolution began in 1912 with the
acquisition of the local breweries Gruber and Adelshoffen. With the passing
of time, the company grew and was developed in a way that differentiated it
from all other local breweries. Until our days, the brand name Fischer is acknowledged
and associated with high quality by the "connoisseurs" of beer throughout
the world.
Fischer
is a premium quality pilsener beer of Alsatian origin, with 5 % alcohol content
and a full, aromatic taste given by thespecial variety of hops used for its
production. It is addressed to people who seek the best in beer and want to
